Take one part Big Brother, one part Sims3. Mix in your captions and waddya get? Big Brother Bubbles!
Sims 3 came out only 2 days before Big Brother 10 UK started and I thought to myself: “How interesting it could be to recreate the Big Brother house and the housemates virtually, throw the unsuspecting Sim housemates together into the house, remove all exits, seal up all walls and see what happens! The aim is to let them get on with as little meddling from my part as possible. The only problem is that Sims3 allows you to have households of no more than 8 people. So until all but 8 are evicted, this means that half of the housemates are still “visitors” of the house and to keep them there, I need to make the live-in housemates chat up any which announce they are about to leave which makes them forget their intentions. Other than that, I have not interfered with how the Sims are getting on in any way, simply documented them through keeping a vigilant eye and taking screenshots of any possibly interesting situations.
Who will befriend who? Will there be any romances? Who shall become enemies? Will any of it match the going ons of the real Big Brother house? We shall soon find out! Upon creation of the characters, I have picked out personality traits which I felt suited the housemates. So for instance Angel is “Artistic, Insane, Loner, Kleptomaniac and Athletic”. And Angel, I love you so I mean it all in a good way 
.
Originally my intent was to write a daily report to match the screenshots but soon realized what a huge endeavor that would be, so instead I have provided empty speech bubbles and I’ll let you – the reader – create the story! Think up what the housemates are saying or thinking and create captions for the pictures:
Sree: “Stop eating my brain!”
Halfwit: “I’m not eating your brain!”
